The value of having a large number of manuscripts is that it provides us with ample opportunity to compare writings, which is especially valuable when cross-checking manuscripts from different geographic areas or from different time periods. The next closest contender is Homer’s The Iliad, which has only 600 existing copies. This makes it the best attested document of all ancient writings. These copies are called manuscripts, and there are roughly 6,000 surviving manuscripts for the New Testament alone. Next time I look for video hosting, I would surely like to take a deeper look at this service. Google might have a nice window to strike and takes some unhappy customers. Hopefully, more pricing will be available soon.Īlso, in the last few months, Vimeo has changed its pricing, which hasn’t been particularly popular with all of its users. I always find any service suspect that I can’t get an easy price for.
The only way to currently get pricing is to contact Google’s sales department. I don’t know how it compares to competitors, especially in terms of price. I haven’t given this service much of a look yet. Its uptime is at an extremely large scale, which is something that can only be achieved by the biggest names in cloud software. With YouTube the biggest name in online streaming, being able to sell what is being used so widely used is a great starting sales pitch.
With more and more video content being created, this is probably a good play for Google. Google is now enabling people to deliver videos with the same platform Google uses for YouTube. Last week, a major shake-up in the space occurred. Years ago, I worked at a CDN company, so I am always interested in what is going on in the content delivery space.
